Exhibits

The Missouri State Museum is featuring a temporary exhibit entitled "Missouri Made" that highlights the products of Missouri. The Missouri Trailblazers, featuring the state's innovative and creative people and institutions are also on display. Explore an array of exhibits on Missouri's history and natural resources. Tours of the Missouri State Capitol are available at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., though reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by calling the museum at 573-751-2854.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
