The Mayer Museum is a 32,000-square-foot science and culture museum that immerses visitors of all ages in the rich history of the Concho Valley. With two permanent and two rotating galleries, the Mayer Museum has something for every type of visitor.

Currently on display at the Mayer Museum:

The 2022 Henry Edwards Distinguished Lectureship in Art Exhibit features the works of two talented artist - Lee Hill & Alexis Serio.

The Journey of the Public Servant: Congressman Conaway Exhibit is the latest installation at the Mayer Museum. The exhibit follows the fascinating career of Congressman Michael Conaway in both the Texas 11th District and the US House of Representatives.

A Woman's Touch: Women in West Texas will open at the end of September and feature prominent female figures from the area. To celebrate the 2022 Museum Day theme - American Experience, the Mayer Museum will have two preview cases on display showcasing the upcoming exhibit.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
