Exhibits on display: Native American, Pioneer, Military, Early Industries like; Fishing, Boat building, Lumber & Turpentine and an outdoor pollinators garden, Paradise Gardens. Students compare their home to a mid 19th century Panhandle pioneer cabin. Students will learn what daily life was like for a pioneer family and the difficulties they faced settling in the Florida wilderness.
