The Eccles Art Center (EAC) is located in the historic home of David & Bertha Eccles in Ogden’s historic Jefferson District. The EAC represents the artists of Northern Utah with changing monthly exhibits, and in the center’s sales gallery.

The EAC offers classes to the community at reasonable tuitions, taught by producing artists in the visual, diverse, literary and performing arts. The ECAC provides an outreach program that takes original art and an Artist in Residency program in to local Elementary Schools. The EAC has established well received community events such as Art in Bloom, Create a Pumpkin, Pumpkin Crawl, Guest Artist Performances, and the Holiday Family Traditions. The EAC’s artist sales and gift gallery is located in the Carriage House. The EAC is surrounded by lovely gardens and a small sculpture garden with fountain.

In an attempt to allow more artists the opportunity to exhibit their work the EAC has established Statewide Competitive Exhibits and have partnered with the Weber School and Ogden School Districts to exhibit secondary student competitions as well as establishing scholarships and a scholarship events for young artists - the Northern Utah High School Seniors Scholarship Competition.
