The Eastern Shore Art Center connects people of all ages and abilities with the arts through education, exhibitions and outreach activities.

The Eastern Shore Art Association, dba the Eastern Shore Art Center, is funded solely through private memberships, donations and grants. The Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and relies on the goodwill of the community for its continuation. Since its inception, the goal of the Eastern Shore Art Center has been community education.

The Art Center is free to the public and offers free guided tours through the five galleries. Artists from all over the country display at the Art Center in our annual Outdoor Art Show and ever changing exhibits.

Four studios provide various classes and workshops of all mediums for students of all ages. The Outreach Program reaches various populations in our community not being served through our Academy.

Exhibits

September 2022 Exhibits include works by Studio Art Quilt Associates, Inc, Alabama Audubon and the Eastern Shore Camera Club. Free admission. Guided tours available.

On Saturday 17th, the Eastern Shore Art Center plans to host a free family event centered around environmental education Noon - 4pm. Guests will enjoy interactive booths, art exhibits, make-and-take art projects, and conservation efforts.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
