The Barrington Museum currently operates a major exhibit center in a restored blacksmith shop known as Old Barrington Center. A working blacksmith shop is located next to the exhibit center and is open on Saturday during the summer months. The museum also operates two restored folk Victorian houses also open for tour.

Jewell Tea new exhibit in the Kincaid house with a large number of Autumn Leaf dishware.
Main exhibit gallery features the new exhibit on President Gerald Ford's connect to Barrington and Sally Miller and Miller's Grove.
