Barrington Hall a member of A Southern Trilogy: the Historic House Museums of Roswell

535 Barrington Drive, Roswell, GA 30075 - United States

Barrington Hall is part of Roswell’s Southern Trilogy of Historic Homes, where we tell the authentic story of the American South. Your Museum Day ticket will be honored at all three of the homes, Barrington Hall, Bulloch Hall, & Smith Plantation.

Barrington Hall is the 1842 home of the King Family, who lived at Barrington Hall for over 160 years.

Barrington Hall sits on seven acres in downtown Historic Roswell. In the 1830s, Barrington Hall's builder, Barrington King, and his father, Roswell King, co-founded the colony which became Roswell. On your visit to Barrington Hall you will be inspired by generations of the King family, who preserved Barrington Hall for more than 160 years.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
