Can 9 billion people be supported by a food distribution system that now only services a small fraction of the population in the richer (and hipper) parts of the West? For many the challenge will be getting enough to eat not where to buy locally produced artisanal horseradish sauce. Processed food represents the best chance for survival.

But if I'm still around, please don't ask me to eat the Soylent Green. I'm sticking with the Red.
