We found a patch of Geoducks on a beach today.
Actually we found the small holes that they leave in the sand and watched them spray water up to 3 feet in the air.
I'm told they are very difficult to catch but it's always nice to know how to cook them.

Chef Huynh, THANK YOU for your two Goeduck recipes. We enjoyed both recipes on a fresh goeduck caught just yesterday, here in my state of Washington. Keep up your delicious work!
