I am wondering if the worlds largest snake, the giant 49 ft snake housed in India is related to this? Also, have any of the SI ppl had the oppty to see this snake in person, is it really that large? I am very fond of large snakes & I also think its wrong to take their life to make shoes, etc.

THESE ARTICALS ARE REALY GOOD, THIS SNAKE MUST HAVE BEEN A TERROR. I GUESS I MISSED IT, WHERE DID THIS SNAKE MAKE IT'S HOME, I THINK IT WAS TO HEAVY FOR A TREE DWELLER.
