One day I'm going to help eradicate the killing and poaching of turtles and although this video is sad it inspires me to make a change. So thank you.

How can something so wonderful be so sad to watch?! I guess it's just hard to say "so long and good luck" to these turtles. My husband just found a Kemp Ridley turtle at Herring Cove beach last week, and was so impressed at the volunteers who came to rescue it. They said this one would be fine... it had a strong pulse and was in relatively good shape. Maybe it will do the run into the surf next summer. We hope so!

This video is so sweet I am so happy for the turtles

Thank you for this wonderful video, Paul. The National Marine Life Center is proud to have rehabilitated "Lavender" - one of the Kemp's ridleys shown with a satellite tag. After release, Lavender swam all the way to Georgia! For information about Lavender's journey, visit www.nmlc.org and click on "Rehabilitation" then "Tracking".

how can i download the video ? its urgente please !

Wonderful presentation of a natural wonder. Knowing you Paul and your sensitivity to the human condition, it does not surprise me that you could evoke the wonder of nature's phenomena.

thank you, once again

Thank you to all the volunteers and veterinarians who dedicate so much of their time to help these beautiful creatures!
