What an enthusiastic way to cook! She inspired me to try "Kaiserschmarrn" (sugared fluffy pancake sometimes with raisins) which I have never quite succeeded. But Julia "convinced" me that it just takes patience and respect for the ingredients. So yesterday I finally did it after quite some years of failures!!! My family did not stop eating - I had to make a second batch. Even my mom was astonished how tasty I could cook;=) Thanks Julia and thanks to the Smithsonian video service who let me discover this great character!
