I was (and am) unable to comprehend even simple math UNTIL involved with using it with a purpose. I was a genius with fractions and metric measurement when associated in working metals. I believe children should be tested for their natural abilities and only then select subjects that interests THEM as primary aims. We need natural (and only natural) mechanics, not professors in dealing with machines.
