Don't be mistaken: plenty Cao Neo eaten in Thailand every meal. Don't forget: Isan province, Thailand, was Laos less than 100 years ago.

Up north in Chiangmai? Sticky Rice is king there too.

Best with mango sliced on it, with coconut milk and crushed peanuts sprinkled over it.

Most Thais say Cao Neo makes you sleepy...

I was introduced to sticky rice by my Hmong coworkers, I enjoyed it very much and wish I could find some to make myself.
