It is sad to think that the "man-named" greatest apex predator in the sea, is under the threat of extinction from man. Who is the mindless killer? It is a pity that Capt.Nemo and his Nautilas are not real and around today, to sink the ships which prey on sharks for their fins to produce what I am told is an almost inedible soup. I have been facinated with sharks ever since I read a book call "Sharks are caught by night" by a French author who just slips my mind. I then watched "Blue water White Death" by Ron & Val Taylor, and ever since I have read, and watched everything to do with sharks. They are beautiful, gracefull, and totally misunderstood. One day I hope to travel to South Africa, to sea the "Air sharks" - breaching White Sharks.
