Extraordinarily good news! Thank you Team Kress for your patience, dedication and fierce determination to return the PUffin to what had once been its natural habitat. If this can be done with Puffins, as Dr. Kress says, we should be able to replicate this with other species. Great work, excellent reporting. Thank you, Smithsonian.

This is so inspirational!!! I have been fascinated by puffins since reading about them as a child.

I congratulate You!!!! It makes me smile to see Puffins back to where they were prior to humans killing them.
I am so thrilled to see so many nesting there and can only imagine the thrill you must have!!!!!

Thanks to you and your team, the beautiful puffins are back. The latter as you say will just be a beginning for other animals that have disappeared to be brought back to 'life'.
