I am doing the jaguar freeway for my senior project, it is truly magnificent and a great work that they are doing! I hope that all ends well and many more jaguars are saved.

Came here from the side bar in the magazine article to get some insight on how the photographs were taken, you know, photography information. f stop, ISO, shutter speed, ect. Great photos especially the one where the jaguar is leaping into the river, very sharp and wonderfully exposed. What the video does is give me almost verbatim what was written in the paper article. How about some crumbs for the aspiring photographer.
Thanks for the great photos though.

I was reading the article in the October Issue at lunchtime and was compelled to find this video online. Thank you for your diligence for the preservation of one of the last large feline species. How closely related are the jaguar and the puma (mountain lion)? Is there any genetic evidence of interbreeding or does their territories of the puma in the North American continent not extent south enough for encounters?
