Mister Patton's tribute to his Father and Grandfather is truly outstanding. Benjamin Patton is to be commended for pursuing his own path in life, and I commend the gentleman for helping our Veterans who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am an honorably discharged Army Veteran who served during the eighties, in the Field Artillery. Benjamin Patton chose not to serve in the Army, yet he possesses more knowledge about the Army than alot of people who served. I was in the service for four and one-half years before my medical (honorable) discharge, yet I did not experience nearly as many aspects of Army life that Mister Patton experienced when he was growing up. His late Father, Major General Patton strikes me as a capable, yet humble man who was devoted to the Army and his family. I joined the Army three years after the General retired, and it would have been an honor to serve under him. Thank you Mister Patton for your fine work, and you had a truly fine Father.
