I have eaten plenty of the Hood Canal oysters, but none of the Pacific Ocean oysters. The Hood Canal oysters are wonderfully tasty, slightly salty and tender, when we ate them at Lilliwop. I look forward to trying the Pacific oysters, as it sounds as if we have been missing a real treat.
