A colorful and dynamic festival, the annual celebration of Holi, also known as the Festival of Colors, is celebrated by Hindus in India and throughout the world. Revelers cover each other in colored powder and water to celebrate the beginning of spring and to commemorate various Hindu legends.

Holi in India is an extremely wonderful festival. On holi, I once went to Jaipur, one of the most beautiful cities in India. The people here crazily play with colors, dance and sing. The hotel Dera Mandawa that I stayed in, had made wonderful arrangements for holi celebrations, and I thoroughly enjoyed playing with colors and water sprays. It was a great fun there.
