The ability to recover from injuries that would kill the average human is a classic superpower—think Wolverine from the “X-Men” or Stanton Parish from SyFy’s “Alphas.” Humans may not be able to regenerate severed limbs or missing organs—at least not without the help of modern science—but simpler organisms have got this nailed. The king of regeneration, though, has to be the axolotl, a funny-looking salamander from Mexico. It can regrow not only its limbs but also its heart, spinal cord and even brain. But the axolotl’s superpower hasn’t saved it from near extinction. The salamander’s watery homes near Mexico City have become polluted due to urbanization, and nonnative tilapia and carp recently introduced to the waters eat young axolotl whole. Even most superheroes would have trouble surviving that.

I think the top 10 animal super power should inculde the hammer headed Sharke and the python, they have power which no other animal in the world have.
