Passing Tradition to 4th Generation

Our daughter learning how to make her great, great-grandmother's Markklöße (marrow dumplings) from my Grosstante (Great Aunt) Sophie. This old recipe is absolutely the best of all I've had. You have to learn hands-on though since nothing is really written down. You have to learn to get the moisture just right or they will either fall apart or sink like stones in your soup.
