Peter Olwenje

This portrait documenting a street kid Peter Olwenje in Kibera slum, Nairobi, Kenya. He is an orphan and he has been living street life for nearly 8 years. He normally sleeps in the weeds and jungles during the night. In the daytime, he will go the “FORT JESUS” place in Kibera, because here are many rubbish where they can discover something (like containers, bottles) valuable and sale them for some change. Another reason is this place closes to a market, he can beg food, money and clothes from here.
