Fishing off cape Zampa

I went to cape Zampa near my home right before a typhoon was to hit our small island. I was hoping to take pictures of the waves. When I got there, there was not wave but I was intrigued by what I saw. Many older Okinawans had come to fish off the cape. They are all covered up to protect them from the elements.
