An inmate in Maine State Prison

I visited Maine State Prison where I was writing a story about inmates voting in elections (Maine is one of only two states where inmates can vote, the other being Vermont). While there, I met with Kevin Collins. He's been incarcerated since 2010 when he was given a 15-year sentence for drug trafficking, theft, and burglary. Collins, who converted to Islam in 1996, told me, he plans to vote for Donald Trump.
