Santa Elena Canyon

Santa Elena Canyon overlooks the Rio Grande, which doubles as the border between Mexico and the United States. The canyon is reached via Big Bend National Park, one of the least visited national parks in the U.S. With typically few visitors, the area oozes an eerie calmness. Mexico is the left side of the canyon and the U.S. is on the right.
