Looking over the Peaks

This is the start of the world famous Peak District just a short drive from Manchester, England. Plenty of activities happen here. ranging from rambling, biking, and photography to name a few. The reservoir pictured supplies drinking water to the local community and is a tourist attraction in its own right. I feel privileged having such a natural beauty on my doorstep. I have a thing for black and white. I believe a famous photography once said that the colours of photography are black and white. Boy, do I stick to that philosophy.
