Lone Mangrove on Biscayne Bay

Living in Miami, I can easily access Biscayne Bay where I paddle my canoe along the mangrove shoreline that is part of Biscayne National Park. Despite being so close to a metropolis, I am almost always alone on the bay and the peace I feel in this marine sanctuary is extraordinary. My goal as a photographer is to capture that feeling, hopefully conveyed in this image.
