I shot this box turtle while mountain biking through Seneca Creek Park in Maryland.  He had just caught a worm and was having lunch when I snapped this picture.

I shot this bluejay in our backyard.  It had just rained and it was overcast.  The lighting couldn't have been better.
This praying mantis stayed for days in front of our house catching grasshoppers and other little insects.  I was hoping he would stay longer.  About a week later he was gone.
