Dogwood

A warm spring day and a class of 30 students walking the museum grounds is where this beautiful photo was taken. The official state tree of Missouri, the Dogwood has a beautiful body and can be spotted all over Kansas City. The pale white leaves and yellow green middle capture anyone's eye and pull the viewer in.
