Fishing with the booms in the marshlands of the Gulf of Mexico. This picture was taken June 2010. Just a few days later, oil from the Oil Spill Disaster in the Gulf had made it's way to this very spot
"One Spectacular Lightning Bolt"
Taken by a hand held digital camera through my front window on August 9,2010 at 9:57PM  at just the right time to catch a massive bolt of lightning.

This tiny tree-topped island with a glacial backdrop really caught my eye.
Some of the children of the Bushmen were playing around the camp.
On the Harding Icefield Trail. Lupines, snow and a huge wall of ice create a scene you just don't see anywhere else.
The Bushmen people of Namibia made us one of their traditional arrows, which they still use.
