Birds Resting on Impala

This photo was taken at midday by a watering hole. A group of impala had gathered to drink, but two lions were sun bathing by the watering hole. The impala warily lookout at the lions as they approach the water. The birds are impala's friends and "ka kaw" in warning at the danger that lays ahead.
