A Geminids meteor fireball over the Llano River in Mason, Texas.

This Geminids fireball was captured over the Llano River in Mason, Texas. Despite a nearly full moon, I walked through ankle deep water in below freezing temps in hopes that I'd catch some meteors and their reflection in the river. After six hours of waiting and wiping freezing dew off my lens, I saw this meteor flash through the sky. Thankfully, my camera was not saving the previous image so that my shutter was able to capture this image.
