Ruwanweli pagoda is one of the biggest and sacred place of Buddhists in Sri Lanka.Once it was one of the biggest piece of architecture built by bricks. A painter is painting by hanging with a ladder made out of rope. I took the pic with my phone camera as I didn't have a wide angle lens to frame the whole pagoda and the painter.
