THROW ME SOMETHING MA'AM

Mardi Gras (french for Fat Tuesday) is a festive time in South Louisiana. Balls, parties, and parades are held before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Large cities like New Orleans and small towns have some form of celebrations. Throws from the floats (beads, stuffed toys, footballs, etc.) attracts thousands of spectators. I had to take a second look to realize a mannequin was riding atop this car greeting the crowd.
