Suffocating Children at the Oregon State Fair

A new attraction at the Oregon State Fair allows children to be sealed into an inflatable ball and tossed onto a pool of water. The children can then clamber around inside the ball much like a hamster in an exercise ball. Fresh oxygen is pumped into the balls every few minutes to re-inflate the balls and keep the children alive.
