Feeding the Frigate Birds on the Malecon de Mazatlan

This picture shows a person feeding a raw fish head to the frigate birds that fly along the coast on the Malecon de Mazatlan in Mexico. A man stands on the Malecon with a bucket of raw fish heads and a 5 foot long stick and feeds the birds and then invites people walking by to give it a try. The man who leads this puts on a good show as he will taunt the birds and he makes it fun for the people who are willing to try it themselves.
