Flag on right US "Old Glory", ; one on left not unlike EU (though not). Dog a cross bulldog (or similar)-is symbolic perhaps of UK government:hoping a special relationship still exists with US; though keeping a covetous eye on Europe. OK-it was just a thematic impression. Hello to friends in US; Europe; and London UK Aherne Ireland. mosaherne.wordpress.com

Love it!

Those are pretty similar but this one with the flag in the window offers a little more depth. Both are great shots, though.

I also took a similar shot in Ketchikan in August 2008, of two dogs leaning out a green trimmed window with yellow walls. I wonder if they're the same household? Nice flag/stars detail. Congrats!

Photographers dream. The dog fits the grid. Cute.

I took almost exactly the same photo in June of 2008, but mine has two dogs leaning out of the window, one wearing sunglasses. A few months later, it was published in several San Francisco Bay Area newspapers. Here's the link: http://ttftr.com/xRNFxk
