I've never been to Pennsylvania but I think of that state as representing fading industry, Revolutionary War history, and major American cities. What a surprise to learn that Mardi Gras is celebrated in Pennsylvania.

I love the color, the fact that it was taken sans flash with slow shutter to create the streaks suggesting "wild" movement.
