It's seem like a copycat of internationaly publish "Water Symphony" photos by Balinese photographer (metadata 15 July 2005): http://www.fineart-portugal.com/photo/12120/water_symphony

A shot similar to this had won the Grand award in DCMAG, 2008. This is similarly beautiful and cativating. The posture of the two boys on the right has clinched the issue. That was the decisive moment!

nice one. seen a variety of similar shots and many of these have won competitions. these are pre-arranged shoots in klungkung, bali but nevertheless the images are really good.

Regarding Paolo's remark about seeing this photo blown up in a lab, I wonder: is it possible to make a big print from such a small picture published on the internet? that would be really infuriating if it is true.

Love the dancing of the water...shot well taken.

Hello everybody . . . I saw this photograph few weeks ago hanging as a really big size print in a photo lab in Italy, and now I found this photo here as a entry in a contest. To be honest the first time a saw this photo I thought it was made by the photo lab owner, but now I can realize that I was wrong, and I am wondering whether he is allowed to show the photo in his own shop without paying copyright (I suppose) and without caption or anything else.
Thank you
Paolo

Wonderful striking shot! A picture’s showing a memorable fun-time of childhood with splashing water at the waterfall. In that split of second, the photographer captured this picture just at the right timing, moment and lighting.

Very exciting!

Magnificent photo with vibrant color and super sharp! It's perfect blend of artistic expression and technically challenging photo (as commented by person above).
Challenging because the shutter speed has to be slow enough in order to have the looonggg splash/swirl but not too slow that the kids movement become blur.

Love this photo. The movement and care free nature

This is such a gorgeous picture! But I wonder if some of the swirling water driplets are cloned. The ones high up don't seem to be coming from the splasing buckets. Altered or not, the picture is magnificent.
