I like the picture, Tom. Whereas the house and orchards and other trees could be idyllic and timeless, the crossed roads are like crossed fingers saying, "Ixnay! This is today, with well-paved and plowed roads ready for today's traffic."

this my by far the best photo, it has not been completely computer enhance, and the detail is grand, to often in todays photography we are draw to the over saturated and over manipulated photos, great job on using the camera and not the computer to generate a marvelous photo

One can sense the cold harshness of winter, the hibernation, the waiting for the land to be productive. Nice symmetry.

I love this, it really made me smile. Maybe that's because Virginia got all the snow that Massachusetts usually gets?

The black & white perfectly depicts the winter's solitude moment; order & time, unwavering.

Nice aerial photo. The intersecting roadways add a lot to the picture. I'm glad to be a Virginia native.

Perfect!
