It's superb! Dan, you're really an artist. Congratulations!

I love the composition: a picture framed within a picture. The doorway seems to distort the perspective, making the scene beyond seem even more distant. Very lovely.

Did the photographer have the permission of the Taos Pueblo to take the photograph? If not, I guarantee that there was a large clearly posted sign nearby that declared it was prohibited to photograph there. Total disregard of a people's sovereign right to determine what occurs in their homeland is a huge contributor to all the problems in which our nation is currently embroiled. What is being viewed here as an artistic photograph is in actuality an arrogant, callous snub of a tribe's right to self-governance. And the colonization continues...

Great picture. It threw me for a moment, because I took the same picture when I visited Taos in July of 2007. The skies in mine were not as brilliant, but the picture is awesome. I framed mine and it is hanging on our wall at home. Nice shot.

You have a sensitive eye to a natural work of art. It is a GIFT that you have to treasure. Thank God for creating you a Pilipino. We are very proud of you.

Beautiful shot, vibrant colors, clear message.
It breaks my heart as a photographer to see other people posting how they stole the image from you to use as a desktop background or hang on their wall. I'm sure they didn't think to pay you for your property.......

A great photograph. I like that even though you know that you're looking through the door it still looks as though it's a mirrored image.

Required a lot of thought to get this silhouette of the ancient building in the doorway of an ancient building. Brings up memories of our trips to the old Southwest. Super picture!!!

POV, composition, exposure, not too much PS,excellent. Worthy of Rembrandt, Van Eyck, Rubens. A photo within a photo. A glance into the past or is it the future.
