J. J. DONOVAN WAS A GUIDING CITIZEN in Bellingham's formative years. His life and career as a civil engineer, lumberman, railroad superintendent, progressive business man and community builder, will all be explored in an exhibition of historical photographs, artifacts and ephemera.
