The Tulsa Historical Society provides interpretive exhibits and educational programs related to Tulsa history. Visitors to the museum can also enjoy watching documentaries about local historical topics and walk through the Vintage Garden, which includes architectural elements from buildings that no longer exist.
The Tulsa Historical Society maintains eight exhibit galleries related to Tulsa-area history. Current exhibit topics include: Becoming Tulsa: 1878-1900, KAKC Radio, History of China Painting, and unique views of Tulsa, among others. Visit www.tulsahistory.org for more information.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
