The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future brings to life the voices, talents, achievements, aspirations and stories of the past, present and future. Using the latest technology, the Museum's exhibits and programs expand our understanding of women's participation in shaping our nation's history.
Museums and cultural venues participate in Museum Day voluntarily. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for individual museum content or participation.
