The Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science is a world-class educational and cultural organization that incorporates hands-on science with visual art exhibits that teach as well as entertain. There are two floors of innovative science interactivity and a third floor art gallery.

Exhibits

YOUR ENERGY GENERATION showcases original interactive exhibits THE KINSEY COLLECTION: The Personal Treasures of Bernard and Shirley Kinsey, an extensive exhibition drawn from the artistic and historical treasures collected by California residents Bernard and Shirley Kinsey. THE KINSEY COLLECTION presents the journey of the Kinseys as they embrace and acquire art and artifacts. From rarely seen slave owners’ documents and brilliant expressions in paint to glimpses into private eighteenth and nineteenth-century lives, reflecting a rich cultural and historical heritage.
MARVELOUS MACHINES puts the power of science in your hands!




Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
