The Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum Florida International University in Miami, FL is a feat of contemporary architectural design. The new building symbolizes the culmination of The Museum's over 30 years of service to South Florida through innovative exhibitions, outstanding lecture series and unparalleled programs. The museum is the repository of over 6,000 works of art which includes The Metropolitan Collection. Admission to all exhibitions and events are free and open to the public.
Museums and cultural venues participate in Museum Day voluntarily. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for individual museum content or participation.
