This new gallery, located at the Erie Canal Discovery Center in Lockport, features changing exhibits taken from the 5,000 item Niagara Collection of Charles Rand Penney. Opened, June 2011.

Exhibits

The current exhibit throughout 2013 explains the life story of Dr. Charles Rand Penney. Exhibit includes vast collection of paintings, commercial advertising, ephemera and much more.
