The Great House (1924 - 1928), a David Adler masterpiece, provided a gracious summer home for the Crane family of Chicago. Tour English-inspired interiors and enjoy panoramic views. Explore spectacular grounds designed by the Olmsted Brothers and Arthur Shurcliff. A National Historic Landmark. Hour-long tours of the Great House on the half hour. Last tour at 1:00 p.m. Self-guided landscape tours.
