Sci-Tech Center is Northern New York's "hands-on" science museum, featuring more than 40 exhibits for children and adults. Located in downtown Watertown, the Center also offers participatory classes and workshops for preschoolers and students, and is home to the NNY Chess Center.
Cast a glowing shadow on the wall, create a sand pattern, try a computer simulation, or see yourself in a giant kaleidoscope. Sci-Tech exhibits use all of your senses as you explore the science and technology all around - and inside - us.
Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
